Chef Jeff Platt is a native Long Islander, who brings over a decade of high end, seasonal expertise to his cooking. After attending The French Culinary Institute, where he graduated First in Class, he went on to work his way up the ranks of Quality Branded’s critically acclaimed fine dining restaurant Park Avenue Seasonal in New York City. There, he rose to the rank of Chef de Cuisine while pushing the boundaries of seasonal cuisine, with a focus on reimagining perception of flavor profiles through his innovative dishes. Jeff’s culinary view is heavily influenced by his travels and focuses on seasonality and sustainability.
